Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or
rescheduling
Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours
notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice,
a no-show fee of 100% will be charged
Rescheduling
Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment can do so without incurring
a cancellation fee if the request is made within the specified notice period
Cancellation Fee Payment
The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid
before booking any future appointments
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or sudden illnesses.
